OAXACA | MEPSI Oaxaca 2018

The US based Mexico-Elmhurst Philatelic Society is holding its annual congress in Oaxaca this April.

It will be organised in conjunction with the Oaxaca Philatelic Museum, commemorating its 20th year of foundation.

As well as a fine display of Mexican material, they have secured a number of speakers for the event, including Omar Rodriguez who has previously won Large Golds and Champion of Champions for his displays of Mexico.

Also speaking will be Daniel Piazza, the Assistant Curator of Philately at the Smithsonian National Postal Museum, who will be presenting on Mexican philatelic gems from the Smithsonian collection.
